How do you get the Snuff Shot B&J Achievements.

I was wondering how you get the Snuff Shot Achievements and if there is certain conditions you have to meet for them. Is it possible to get them both in one session?

Read the achievement guide stickied at the top of the forums, it tells you there. It links you to the guide here:

You have to have completed up to case 7-2 and be in the right places at the right time to get them, and yes it is possible to get them in one play through.
