Help with secret Missions

How do you do the secret missions..I've read the achievement guide and know what levels contain the secret mission but I don't know how to complete them can anyone help

Just like any other mission, it should give you an objective right at the beginning of the level... some are to kill a dude, some to follow a dude, some to find an object. Just check the beginning screen.

The only tricky part is finding them, but that's easy if you know where to look. Whenever you unlock a new set of regular missions, thumb through them. If you're paying attention, you'll spot a number missing from the sequence (all of the missions are numbered). Complete the mission before the missing number; for example, in the first set, you'll notice the count skips from 6 to 8. Complete mission 6, and mission 7 will reveal itself. That's the first secret mission. Complete it, and get the achievement. The others are done the exact same way.
