Collect Mission 3

Could anyone please help me find the last collectible for Collect Mission 3? its a collecteble thats on my map west-north of the eagles nest... in some kind of factory
Ive searched the damn place for more then an houre now but I cant find it?!??!?!

I think I know which one you mean. The thing is on one of the chimneys. On the second highest platform.

That one and the last blueprint you have to get with a helicopter. I don't if you know this or not but the last blueprint is in the hand of the large president statue.

That skydiving one in the Chimney was so annoying it made me quit the game entirely

MY GOD, this one pissed me off more then you can know. I looked for this thing for an hour, no joke. It is on a platform on the side of one of the smoke stack thingys. You have to jump out of a helicopter and parachute to it.

yeah this was really annoying i gave up the game aswell but i got all the collect missions first so its possible
