trouble at Port Royale...

i'm in the last section of port royale and I've already pulled the lever up on the high wall near the cannons and then I run back down to ground level and pulled the other 2 levers in the east prison, but the damn gate to the west prison (which has the calypso peice) won't open, that damn gate won't open at all and I've searched everywhere for another lever, any help on how to open it plz? thx

In the top area are cannons which you will have to light. The other lever is blocked but is on the otherside of the area those cannons are in. To get there you must use rope you used to get to the wig and work your way around the courtyard going over the location of the chest itself and around the other wall to an open area at the end. Its a system of ledges and wood walkways, but once you get on the path you'll find it. Hope this helps bro.
