where do i change my custom characters i have no idea

When inside the Batcave, turn left and you'll see a wall with a Batman symbol. Head over there and you will be able to create custom characters.

Once your character is created, you can hold :ybut: and switch to him. All custom characters are added to the blank slots to the left and right of the character list.
