Right to start with dont bother getting the stunt markers in the levels(get them untill you get 25 for the achievement) go for the time bonus instead that way you will get ace rank on all levels which in turn will give you the unlock all planes (complete collection achievement) also make sure you get all secondary missions aswell could result in 1 or 2 planes not being unlocked.
Never have your wingmen in defend mode (not worth it) unless ur a hopeless pilot they will get you style points from killing.
When buying upgrades get the armour section and weapon sections first the rest just buy as and when you need them.
You only get 550pts from the single player the rest is in multiplayer mode but they shouldn't be any trouble
But the best thing is there is four player co-op on it.
