Help identifying two missing characters..

Hi. I'm missing two last characters and I'm finished! They are..

6th in from the left on the bottom row between Policeman and Mime Goon.
10th in from the left (last character on the row) on the bottom row next to Two Face Goon.

Any help would be much appreciated! Struggling with it.
