Changing Gamertag Picture???

Is it possible to have your own picture on your gamertag instead of the ones that you can select from marketplace????

You can download mroe or even buy more pictures with MS points.
but as far as i know i don't think you can use a picture of ur own, such as yourself.( for everyone to see )

You can get the LIVE Came and use it to take a picture and use as your personal gamerpic, only people on your friends list would see it.
