From the e3 videos I've seen it looks pretty sweet.
One of the interviews I watched said it should be out around aug/sep.
Until I see otherwise this will be a day 1 purchase for me.

I have been looking forward to playing this game since they announced it last summer. Being a big fan of side scroller beat em ups, I would also love to see someone port over the arcade version of Double Dragon II, which was brutally hard back in the day.
