missing character below moth and left of gordon

Hi,
I am 99.8% with the game and I believe I need the character located on the character map below killer moth and to the left of commissioner gordon. Thinking back, I think I opened up a golden gate but no character came out but I am not sure. My question is what is the name of the character and the location of the golden gate? Alfred (Civilian) - How to unlock: You must first collect 35 Gold Bricks to do this. He can be found at the door of the Wayne Manor mansion (North Island) in Gotham City. Put the bricks together to build gold door 2 that makes him available to buy. Price: 125,000 studs.
