Taking offsides off for Sacks HELP?

ok i read about taking them off for the Sacks /Holding offence back for 10 yards BUT

everytime i try and go over the line i get called for incroachment

How is everybody doing this PS

Encroachment is when you touch a player on the opposing side before the ball is snapped. Just go around them and you'll be fine.
