Stunt Park Save?

Do I have to find all the trophy and crates before I can save my progress in Stunt Park?

I was playing around in Crimson Park with my kids and we found a bunch of crates, but after an hour, we had to turn it off, we could not save what we found.

Is there something I missing?

just press start and go to exit game and they save. maybe you didn't have a storage device selected. this is how I did it I quit multiple times before getting them all done.

Also if you turn off your console before quitting to the main menu it probably won't save.

I did as you suggested above, but what worked finally was to delete the game data and start again and it worked. Strange. Fortunately I was not that far into the game to lose much.
