Magic archer help

After switching from ranger to magic archer cause of the awesome lock on and the elemental attacks, I've got 2 questions here

1. What's a good vocation progression for magic archer? so far i'm thinking of going Mage > Sorcerer > Assassin (get them all to level 9 vocation) then stay with Magic archer [good? or should i max out more vocation before staying with MA?]

2. What's a good loadout for a magic archer (dagger skills, bow skills and augments)

I was a mage at first the went straight to magic archer. I use staff and magik bow my bow skills are the six fold bolt the flare one and the one that locks onto ten targets great for killing cyclopss and large flying enemys.

for myself i first went strider, assassin, ranger and now magic archer.

simply because i love playing with dagger, double jump and the ability to dodge. its just badass to hit a dragon with an arrow directly in his heart and then dodge his attack in the very last second. god, i love this game !!
