batman skins in dlc?

Any one know if you can use the batman skins with the new dlc?
what i start a game i get the choice of robin,animated robin and red robin but no opetion to use any of the batman skins. Any ideas?

From what I know, for Batman, it is default, Animated Series and default. Since Robin has default, Animated Series and Red Robin.
