Eh??! Game...? What??!!

Ok, so right now was the second time that I get an anticube by doing
totally random stuff while trying to complete the actual puzzle.

I just tried to solve this:

As there were also 6 stones in that room, I had the idea to put them
together like shown in the pictures on the wall. The first one didn't work,
so I took the formation from the second picture. Nothing happend.

BUT THEN! I played around a bit, changed perspective with RT / LT and
suddenly one of the stones dissapeared! There were only 5 left now!
What?? I thought that this was a glitch, so I decided to exit and re-enter
the room. Before I jumped down to the door, I took a stone and threw it
off the platform just for fun and DING DING DING DING: the remaining
stones started to blink, then they dissapeared and there was the anticube!

What the &%$§ happend??!! I don't get it!

Am I too stupid for this game?? Or maybe the game is just mega
buggy/glitchy?

I can't exactly remember what the other puzzle was, but I do remember
that the room was basically just a platform that was an upside down
pyramid. I looked down with the right analog stick and again BING BONG
there I got the anticube. Strange thing is, that the question mark is still
there on the map??!

I would like to know how this room is supposed to be done too. I reckon I almost had it, figured 1 or 2 blocks where wrong then suddenly DING!
