Unlocked it via accident:
Go to Deluxe Experience....
Campaign
Choreo-Maker
Pick a New Routine
Pick Any Song
Select FIND BY DANCING
That did it for me....
This tutorial was the last one for me to find as the game never really explains to you what tutorials you need. The other tutorial is "Let's Get It Started" itself, where before a song starts in Deluxe experience, you need to raise your hand(raise and do not move!) to activate a coach.
