Game already hacked?

Was playing the r* even mode today and even before the match began some guy already had over 70k points. He didnt kill anyone throughout the game. Got disconnected from the game when the 4th round of gang wars started so didn't get a chance to see if he leveled up or not. Any way to check people's level?

People will find a way to mod a game, if they can. And I'll never understand why. What's the damn point? My mom can look at their score and know they cheated.

I wonder if it's an actual hack or some sort of glitch/trick? There was one game (Wolfenstein I think) where you could go to the leaderboards and like copy their stats and stuff.

As soon as the game started he had that score so I am not sure if he copied it or not ://

The game was modded before it even officially released. People with max level and getting 1 mil+ points a game. This was patched on the release date before the public got it though. At this point, what you saw was most likely a glitch.

Weird if it is a mod, most would be instant level 50 not start a match with high XP. Maybe a glitch?

i reckon that was just a wierd bug, glitches happen every so often in games so i wouldnt be surprised if it was just that.

theres rampant modding still present in GTA IV, niether xbox or rockstar do anything about it, its been apparent for 2 years since the last patch, you cant find 1 free roam session in gay tony that doesnt have ATLEAST 1 guy doing it.

once i heard about the crews and stuff in Max Payne would be carried over into GTA 5 i had no doubt the modders would be rampant in this game too so they can have whatever maxing everything out will unlock in GTA 5

but that goes for any competitive number, which is why ppl who spend time trying to max out achievements and raging about them rather than just get the ones you can while having fun and moving on, is dumb too, theres still hacked scores at the top too, nobodies gonna believe ur the only legit guy even if u are....just like baseball after steroids, individual stats are almost irrelevant.

I've never seen a point in modding/hacking in a game. What do you achieve if you didn't even get there legit? I'll never know why. Seems stupid.
