Can't seem to get anywhere in this fight, even in SEN/SEN/SEN Sovereign Fist still does over 70k damage to both Noel and Serah

The white cactus feral link has reraise(auto life) only way ive got to survive sovereign fist atm :( all 3 character in mediguard or steelguard etc still killed me

EDIT: Reraise doesnt work, he used sovererign fist straight after the animation, gotta keep him targeting all characters so hit says "Cooled down" or something cause as soon as he gets max energy its over :/

Seems the best way to defeat Snow is to have multiple paradigms with a different SEN in each one, that way it won't allow him to charge up power. Didn't realize he builds up power by wailing on the same character

Snow is a cakewalk once you control his target, got his crystal on my 1st win, then Valfodr Lv1 showed up beat him as well but if you refight him he gets goes to lv15 and gets harder each time so have fun

Is there a way to go back and re-fight Valfodr at the lower levels? Or are you stuck only fighting at his current max level? Sorry if this has been posted.

I spose if you want to re-fight lower levels you could close the gate to the colloseium and re-fight snow to get Lv1 Valfodr.

I've given up on this guy for now, can't seem to get anywhere with it at all. Tried all kinds of different paradigm set-ups to no avail. Its getting annoying watching you waste 5 mins or so only to get your party 1-shotted

Does Valfodr get stupid hard or something? Has anyone got to or beat his lvl 99 form yet?

Lv99 form has 15,500,000hp which is nearly double his lv 70 form but no summons for backup, drops giantcactuar or odin crystals if you need em and has 100% rate for dropping the Valfodr crystal.

Just make a paradigm with serah as sentinel and two different roles and another paradigm with noel as sentinel, helped for me. Just switch when Snow is building up energy.

Yeah managed to beat it not long after my post, just had 3 different paradigms with a different SEN in each and it was cake. Now i'm struggling on Valfodr Lv.70 and his Chichu summoning spam, seems to summon them much quicker than I can kill em off :(

Now i'm struggling on Valfodr Lv.70 and his Chichu summoning spam, seems to summon them much quicker than I can kill em off :(I found that the secret here, was to always have a Sentinel out, for the Chichu to swarm. Trying to kill them is futile, as Valfodr will keep summoning more and more of them (when you see "Chichu L" next to a Stagger gauge, you KNOW you're wasting time), so you just need to focus on Valfodr instead. Have Serah and Noel using their Lv. 5 Chain Bonus weapons (Gandiva and Grasitha) in a Rav/Rav/Sen-X Paradigm, and when it comes time to attack, have Serah go Sentinel (PROVOKE FOR A FULL ROUND so ALL Chichu focus on her) in a Sen/Com/Com-X Paradigm, and then have Serah go Steelguard for the rest of the Stagger. It's slow... it's painful... you're GOING to need Elixirs... but you'll get a 5-Star rating, and nobody will have to die.
