setting off

I run my geares in automatic and i know u can set of using manuelgears faster but by the time u change your gears back while playng online your last again.
so please can sombody tell me which is the best methord of setting off from the grid using an automatic gear change?

you can either use the right thumbstick, or switch the accelerate button to the right trigger, just push up slightly with the stick or press the trigger slightly, if the pad vibrates your doing it too hard, there should be no vibration, then as soon as you start off you can accelerate fully
