Ok so I only need one more anti cube, and the last room I haven't gone in yet is in the red room with the rising lava. I've been in the room at the top, but there is another room greyed out but I can't seen to find the entrance

iirc, you can enter it before raising the lava. So, before turning the wheel and going up the ladder.
