Stopping MSN from automatically signing me in?

I thought it was cool to test out how it works and well, it's ok but now I don't want it signing me in every time I turn on my machine. How do I handle this?

Tools>Options>General>

Then untick the box that says "Allow Automatic sign in when connected to the internet."
Also untick the box that says "Automatically run WLM when Windows starts."

If you're referring to it on the PC do what Pants said, if you mean on your 360 console do this: Select your gamer profile>Auto Sign-In and then disable Windows Live Messenger.
