I've been curious as to when this achievement [OVER-ACHIEVER!!] will ever be fixed so I did some research and it looks like Incinerator Studios went independent in 2009. I sent them a message asking for a follow up through their Facebook page.
I don't know if this will do anything, but I will let you know if something happens. It looks like they make games on mobile devices unfortunately so I would doubt they will want to fix this achievement.
