Ok long story short, my xbox account has been banned for 1 month and i have made a new profile and got a free trial for the time being, but most of my games require an online pass code and i have redeemed them all on my account what has been banned.
So im wondering if there is anyway to use the online passes from my banned profile and use them on my new one until the ban has been lifted?

No, online passes are tied to the account that downloaded them.

unfortunately as far as i know there isnt any way past it, I've tried loads of different ways because of screw ups with older profiles. Good luck though and if you find a way let me know :)
No, and if there's an exploit to do so, you'll more than likely just get banned.
Maybe console banned this time...

I have found a few online passes to be tied to the Console, but i think most are tied to the account.
You'll just have to try with the dummy and see what works and next time don't get banned :p

The only online pass I've ever used was the Mortal Kombat pass and that was like any piece of downloadable content - there was both the profile and the console license.
If you're using the same console you originally downloaded the pass on then just try with another profile. If you can play online then there was a console license and if not then there wasn't. Very easy to check.

Live with it for a month. If you could pass them on, they wouldn't make as much money. "Okay, I'm done for the week, you can have it"
"Thanks! I'll give it back after I beat it, just wanna do that"

Seems like assassins creed brotherhood allows me to join online games, without having to enter/buy another code :)

What did you get banned for?

This should be more incentive for you to not endorse these stupid passes by avoiding buying the games that carry them altogether. I will continue to do it and if enough people do, who knows maybe they'll realize it's a shit idea.

I wouldn't try it if I was you.

Funny how that works isn't. You get banned, then realize how much stuff is tied to that account and what you really lost. Doesn't seem so enjoyable to do whatever you did now does it.
Sorry, I will never have any sympathy for people that get banned.

Im not asking for sympathy, point is that i should not be banned as it was so called ''harassment'' or something, but i haven't done anything so I know that xbox HAS made a mistake doing this.

Yup, and when you ask everyone in prison they are all not guilty too.
None of the bans/suspensions at Xbox are automated. They are all gone over by real human people who actually look into things. Not sure what you did, but if they found it enough to warrant a month suspension there's not much you can do.

sorry buddy, but you don't get banned for a MONTH for a first time offense. This must of been your second and third warning.

Nice try buddy. But the enforcement team would have had to actually catch you harassing either by msg/video/ingame chat/ect...
You are not innocent. And since you got a MONTH long ban for it... doesn't sound like it's your first ban.
Edit: Damn it Carmona...you ninja'd me :D

You could try to play singel player games for month. It's not that bad surely you can find games which you can spend one month.
Still don't get the ideal use of online passes. I think some online passes works with the console with other profiles but not all.

Your ninja skills are no match for mine young grasshopper.
EDIT: He also has "Code of Conduct" all over his profile. He's a loser, plain and simple.

A month ban? Last-gen it up my friend. Or watch Netflix. Seriously I can go a month without using my tag using last-gen gaming...hell I just went and bought Metroid Prime today =) can't wait to start it...though I gotta wait to get a Gamecube XD (impulsive buy...I saw it and was like "WHAT?! MUST HAVE!) or a backwards compatible Wii (I'm leaning in this direction, saw a used one for 79.99).
Ahem...anyways, what everyone else said.

No, online passes are tied to the account that downloaded them.
It depends on the game.

I would go with the Wii, that's what I did XD That way, you can buy some console classics off of the Shop Channel (stuff on older consoles like Ocarina of Time for example) and then, if you find a Wii game you are interested in, you can play that too! :D
And OP: it's not possible. Just deal with the fact you are banned until the ban is lifted. You were banned for a reason.

Yep I'm battling myself right now. Next week I can pick one up but this week I could get a Gamecube since it's only 29.99. Only issue is from what I saw at the local store, there's only Metroid Prime 2: Echoes that I'd pick up...and then I'd have to hunt online to find other games. I'd miss out on great Wii titles and classic games too on the shop channel >=/ I just need a little patience...
Quick question...for gamecube playing on the Wii, how much additional equipment am I going to need other than a Gamecube controller? It's been years so I don't remember if I needed a memory card or not from the Gamecube to save games.

You'll need a gamecube pad and a gamecube memory card. :)
