People at merqurycity.com have found puzzle pieces to what looks like Elise's SSX Tricky outfit. Here's hoping every original SSX character gets a Classic outfit.

That's the site where the developers lurk and actually talk to the fans so it's pretty awesome. Plus I'm psyched for this news I hope it's something that will alter the gameplay and not just suits

After much speculation as to what these puzzle pieces mean.. New maps/HD remakes/retro skins.

Someone has figured out that the DLC is in fact Retro character skins. I'm REALLY EXCITED!! :D

This is my most played game of this generation, I think. Other than Fallout 3 and Skyrim, anyway. I spend more time trying to Gold medal EVERYTHING than i'd like to admit!

I just want massive DLC packs. It always seems to happen to me that when I absolutely love a game, they don't release any DLC with achievements. Makes me mad!

I'm thankful that they included/created RiderNet, it took what was fun about the old games, and made it even MORE fun in this one.:woop:

Ha, Elise pinup from Red's copter. It may have the jumps of Siberia but it has the corners of New Zealand. The thing that keeps getting me is the fireworks. It reminds me of an Mmo anniversary or something.

It's a warped version of Snowdream from SSX Tricky.
The old SSX's had fireworks when you hit certain jumps, achieved multiplier yellow orange and red snowflakes, they also had spin or speed powerups on the courses.
The billboard is a good sign that it's an old track!
:D you can grind the billboards, and the glass fragil ones you could snowboard through and break them.
The old games had a lot more to interact with.
You could knock over items and do all sorts of crazy stuff!!

I told him of our forums, and the "ssx community" - merqurycity.com he speaks of in his article.

The answer:
He is holding off on the update because he thinks something juicy will be announced this Wednesday in London. !! :)

What could it be?

Anyway, this makes me believe we need to make our own News Thread ;)
