I heard that it will be available to download on Marketplace, but no confirmation date yet...The only way to get the demo is to retrieve the code that comes with NG3 game...
I wish I can try that DOA5 demo too; looks awesome and it would be my second DOA game that I'm gonna buy, after DOA: Dimensions on 3DS (never try DOA4 yet)..
I hope someone has unused code for the demo and willing to make a giveaway coz' I wanna try it too..:P

I was thinking that the code works for all countries (europe and US) but only the us will get the demo without a code  (i'm in europe but i have a us account)
i'll wait for it, i was thinking, for some xbla games, the free ones that have disappeared from the marketplace, you can copy them on an usb stick and copy them to another console. So if someone copy the demo on a usb stick, formated for a xbox, and upload all the files on internet, if you download the files and copy them on another memory stick could you have the demo ? without risk of a ban of course.
By the way try to find doa4 it's a really good game, even if i prefer doa ultimate (and it works on the xbox360 too, like doa3);)

I doubt that would be work if other user copied the demo, save it to external storage and export it to another console...Even if the demo can be copied and pasted into another console, it might gives an error and cannot be played... The demo might have some unique ID after the user redeemed the code and can only be played on the console where the user activated the demo or with the user account who activated it...
I might be wrong though, but if someone wants to try, why not..Not sure about the chance of being banned..

Wont the code just give you early access? Like the BF3 Beta with MoH. Or the ME3 demo with BF3. Just wait for an announcement and the difference between having a code and not will be a day or so. Nothing much.

The codes that came with Ninja Gaiden III were codes to actually start playing the demo (I got a code from a friend. Absolutely LOVED IT).
I assume that there will be a demo since it feels as though this game isn't being strongly promoted (or maybe it's just me...>_>). Not to mention that Tekken Tag 2 comes out one week before it, making it competition.

You're wrong. lol You can download the demo off the internet and transfer it to a flashdrive configured for the XB360 and play the demo that way. It's how I played this and the new RE6 demo.

Hands down.
@ Those guys who played the demo:
Is this game as hard as DoA4? If yes, it won't be buying it, lol. Can anyone tell me what to think about this?

I dont even know how to answer that. DoA4 hard? Are you talking about achievements or gameplay? Cause its the easiest fighter I ever played but I would say its the hardest 3D to get 1000 in. When it comes to 5 it appears the achievements are easier, but there is survival achievements again so who knows if survival will be easier this time around. There is also no rank based achievements so that too is good.

Personally i think its the best balance fighting game(at least for 4 since 5 isn't release yet) currently made. It work by instinc and how good you are at blocking and attacking, unlike many fighting games that require you to memorize a tons of combo and stuff like that. Of course there is the "fiction" part like droping from building and so on, but its the closest thing i could find to something like a fight in a kickboxing movie or such. I don't really enjoy much games about MMA personally, so for me DOA is the closest game to real life combat.
