Seriously I have scoured the web and I'm not finding any info on how to do this.
Its supposed to be a multiplayer achievement that you get for killing yourself when you are bleeding out, but I have spammed every button on the controller in as many combos as I can think of. If someone has accomplished this would you mind posting some info on it please?
