Protip: you can still soft reset the game

Surprised it's still implemented! Is it like this in the MGS HD collection, too?

start + select + left and right bumpers + left and right triggers I believe

If you do it while playing then hit continue, this counts as a save when you beat the game. So, say you beat the game twice with one continue from soft resetting, you won't get the achievement for beating the game in 2 or less saves. (I assume)
