well level 50 does give it away a bit would be nice if it counted co-op to but thats doubtful

Yeah, I'd like to see some "in game" leveling up including of course single player mode.
But yeah that's doubtful.

Just hope it won't take that long to achieve level 50!

New vid on mission mode shows ye can level up in Ninja Trials.

Skip to end of vid, shows player level up and sword level up.

Just hope they add more future Mission DLC for Ryu,

yea at the end of every trial your total experience is calculated. You get xp towards your weapon as well as your total level. You also get to choose from several different customization options that you can unlock, which is random every time you finish. This could be clothing, new moves, etc

This is good news mate, means I don't have to play clan battle to level up. Not really interested in the multi player aspect of this game. Thing I loved most bout Ninja Gaiden 2 was the mission mode, I devoted a lot of time and effort to completing every mission in it and it was well worth it in the end to get the 1250G

I hope they add a Mission Mode for Ryu in this one as future DLC.
