Which class in multiplayer?

Curious about which classes others are sticking to in the multiplayer. I unlocked a Turian soldier, a Krogan sentinel, and a Salarian infiltrator.

I've tried the Turian soldier, human soldier, and Krogan sentinel. Maybe it's just because it's what I use in the main game, but so far, human soldier seems easiest to use for me. It's the class that I can survive and contribute the most with.

I've noticed that for the Krogan and Turian, you don't do a roll into cover if you tap A and press in some direction, which significantly decreases my survivability. I still want to unlock a Krogan soldier, but it'd take some getting used to before I could have any skill with it.

Which classes are you guys using so far? How do the other classes play?

I started as a Human Vanguard and after I maxed him and promoted him, started a Human Engineer until I unlocked the Quarian Infiltrator which is level 20 and stupid fun. I find most of the Class/Race combos pretty fun so far. I don't see myself sticking to 1 setup except for Silver / Gold runs. If on bronze I usually pick whatever I wanna play and fuck around in game :)

Ive been enjoying the Krogan soldier alot. I have him armed with a sniper rifle, so between that for medium to long range combat, his excellent melee capabilities, grenades for groups of enemies etc, he seems to fit the bill in almost any situation.

I started with a weak ENGINEER CLASS (human) only to get the 100 shield overload achievement.

Now I'm at level 17 and I use this class ever since. I'm only playing on BRONZE/SILVER difficulty, so I'm good to go.

well my favorite was asari adept (big surprise:p) lol, however that won by default. i knew i would love playing asari before even trying the demo. i use this class when im unsure if the team will be doing good, or if im playing gold. its excellent for support, i have my stasis upgraded so the explosions are monsterous. (she only has a pistol equiped, thus her cooldown bonus is like 200%)

salarian infiltrator is another favorite of mine, equiped with a widow sniper rifle he can 1shot kill everything aside from the atlas. typically with this char i will sit back and snipe, but always cloak ahead to save fallen teammates. (only sniper rifle equiped)

my quarian engineer is also very fun, although i wish the turret was more effective. like you said the turian / krogan has a huge disadvantage with the dodge / roll. i love my turian sentinel but not being able to evade greandes and charging enemies makes me play more careful (abbusing cover). however krogan soldier is very do-able, if he had a dodge roll it would just be OP. the heavy melee can 1 hit a centurian if lvled up correctly, and while in rage mode the krogan is like wrex on steroids.

In the demo I got a Salarian Infiltrator in my starter pack and used him religiously. In the retail game I got a Quarian Infiltrator in the starter pack but it just isn't the same. I'm missing energy drain dearly. Right now I'm just using Ham Val' Eggs (her name) until I get ol' Woopan sac back.

I'll go with the asari adept as well, but with a fully upgraded mantis sniper riffle.
I'll just freeze something, pop it in the head, freeze it, pop it in the head.
If I manage to freeze a whole bunch of enemies I'll just pop one or two in the head and throw a warp at one of the others for a big explosion.

[EDIT] The only thing I've found, though, at least in the demo...
Seems you can only use stasis on a unit 3 times before they become immune to it...

Krogan Soldier is what i'm using, I like the Carnage shot over the Adrenaline that's used by the Human Soldier.

I think the way they built the multiplayer, it leaves things wide open to experiment and work on multiple characters. I'm nearly at level 20 with my Krogan already, and plan on working on my Drell Vanguard next. I think it's a matter of how long you want to play online and invest into this area of the game. I'd personally lilke to get one of each class to 20+

I chose a human adept for mp in the demo. Pants on head terri-bad for the first three or four levels, but they can hold their ground afterwards.
