Avatar awards not appearing

Hey, i just unlocked both the N7 Helmet and the omni-blade for the Xbox Live Avatar, but when I went to put them on they weren't in the menu, are they going to put them on xbox soon or is this just a glitch on my part?

generally ones unlocked in games are in a special section, someone said it had to be downloaded first as well or something.
try lookin in awards.

On the dashboard, go to customize your avatar. On the menu screen (the one with "marketplace," "outfits," "save and exit," etc.), there should be a menu option named "Awards." Pick that and it should be there.
