I ran across this on Gamestop.com, thought it was pretty funny. On their Halo 3 Legendary Edition pre-order page, down near the bottom after talking about delivery it says this:


Fine print: Void if you are unable to accept delivery. Continental U.S. only. (Aren’t you glad you passed on that Maui beach house?) Not responsible for delays due to incorrect address, payment information, publisher date change, inclement weather or Covenant invasion.

Looks like GameStop has a little humor about the mountain of pre-orders. Lol. Good find.

I did see this the only thing is they must have added the covenant thing to it because it said exactly that just without the covenant invasion

You probably either caught it before they added it, or after they removed it for some reason.
