What does GET mean

I have read the threads and don't know from the threads if GET next to the officer means you have to hire the officer so it can get you closer to the 250 officers or if it means that you ave already got that officer and not to hire him again

It is a bit confusing at first & totally undeniable that Koei done a poor job of helping you to understand what this mean but it basically means you have already hired that officer hoped that helped later
