EZ way to TAKE LAND

Ok this beat the game for me in one day. What i did was

1. Get the action (HARD MARCH) and (EQUAL START).
2. On ur next turn pick both of them and the proceed.
3. Now pick a land with a ruler on it. (MA Teng, CAO CAO, ETC.)
4. Since hard march is in affect u can use ANY of ur officers.
5. In the TACTICS before battle pick EQUAL START.proceed
6. now all u have to do is take 1-2 bases and watch for it to say "RULER HAS APPEARED" go kill him and it will take over all the same COLOR land he owns.

dont mean to sound like a noob but ive never played one of these games before. How do u get those actions?or any?

Consult your advisors and they will eventually advise pretty much every one of these tactics and then just use them.
