Is there a way to make matches longer

I'm working on some videos for youtube, and am trying to make the matches look somewhat realistic. This means, for my video, the character I play with is probably taking a Finisher or two. But it's extremely annoying for me to kick out, while having the A.I. smart enough (Hard+) to have a decent match. Other than just practice, is there a way to make the kick outs easier, whether it's the bar being bigger, or is resiliancy the only option I have?
