Maybe she will turn out to be the ultimate evil, who has just needed funds to jumpstart her apocalyptic plans :)

Just got the Chocochick Down fragment, it mentions that Dajh named his female chocobo CHOCOLINA. Surely thats not a coincidence!!!

Yeah, that fragment "hints" that Chocolina is the chocobo that Sazh had in his hair in the last game. Chocolina always saying that she isn't human also suggests something along those lines. Hopefully the Sazh story DLC sheds some more light on the subject though.

She's the equivalent of the Merchant in Res Evil 4... Popping up all over the place for no apparent reason. U get what I'm sayin' stranger...

the fragment says this but she would have grown a lot in 3 years then lol. Then again, i donīt know how long it takes for chocobo to grow.

And not a single part of her clothing is unfortunate btw. ;)

....Isn't she just an obvious member of Serendipity that ventures through time selling goods? Half the women in Serendipity (chocobo races) wear the same costume, though I think a different color.

When I first got to Serendipity (and until I read this thread) I thought it was as simple as that too. I thought she just worked for them or something.

Now, with Chocolina being the name of Sazh's chocobo, and her not being human, I have this thing in my head that maybe all the staff at Serendipity are chocobos who have been half turned into women in that dimension, or something.

It sounds ridiculous, but who knows!

And about the age thing, isn't Serendipity a place outside of the timeline? So perhaps they can age there and so Chocolina grew up (I'm almost willing to bet Sazh lost her in a bet at the chocobo races...) and then decided to take her shop on the road. But yes, who knows how long it takes a chocobo to "evolve" I guess you can say, lol.
