ok I beat chapter 4 but when i go back to do the skills i cant cause im megatron so i cant do the speed, jump, or slide skill can anyone help me plz.

Go and start one of the chapters again (yellow rings) and you will have a different transformer. You may have to do each skill one at a time cause some of the stuff is time or area based.

but how am I going to get the jump skill?

As WarriorPriest said, just replay one of the missions you have finished already. Make sure it is one of the land based Decepticons and then during that mission climb ontop of one of the buildings and jump off. You should get the full Jump skill from that.
