Blue guys with swords/staffs

Is there an easy way to kill those blue guys with the black jackets and the swords/staffs? They're the bane of my life so far. Ive bought the X,Y,X,Y combo which does the job eventually, made better with the anchor for more power.

Thing is they appear in numbers most of the time, you cant well jump over them cos they hit you, and the combo i mentioned is fine but thay are able to interrupt it randomly.

I know you can counter them by blocking their attack at the right time, but when they are in number it can be hard to see what one is coming at you.

Am i missing something or are they just a pain in the @$$? Like the whole of this game. Im on the last level now and i just cant be bothered to fight them anymore in the fashion that i am at the moment, its too long and drawn out. And dull.

You can actually just use the anchor and keep pressing Y,Y,Y that kills them and they barely even hit you, check out the "Winning" Achievement guide and the levels that involve the blue guys, i deal with them farely easily, hope this helps :)

These are the hardest bad guys to kill. I have found that :xbut: :ybut: :ybut: :ybut: works well, but you have to buy that combo.

While this may not be a readily accessible option I have found co-op very effective in this situation regardless of player skill; the guru is a beast. As an added benefit he is disposable as second player deaths do not register at the end-level stats page.
