Anyone else read the series? I first started in like 7th grade and have been reading them since. My favorite would have to be Salamandastron since badgers were just awesome. Sadly since Brian Jacques died they will be making only one more and it will be called The Rogue Crew and its supposed to be released sometime in May.

Yeah, I read this series when I was a kid too. Sad to hear that Brian Jacques died. But he died last February, and The Rouge Crew was released May 2011.

Mossflower was the first one I read then Redwall and Mattimeo couldn't really get into the others. When the warrior mouse was gone I was done with the series. I think the Pearls of Lutra had a mouse and there are the two prequels Legend of Luke and Martin the Warrior that I never read.
Tried to read Salamandastron but hated it, also tried Marlfox but never finished it.

Mossflower and Redwall were awesome. Mattimeo not so much.

I remember reading the series back in 7th grade, those books were my first long books to read.

I must admit... I always wanted to read these books but I never got round to it... Maybe I will one day...Who knows???

loved these books, have not read them in ages. Martin the warrior was my favorite i read that so many times it fell apart lol

Even though I said in my op that Salamandastron was my favorite I have to change that to The Taggerung, I have yet to read Doomwhyte or The Sable Quean
