So I finally got a new laptop today and well... it's... FRICKIN SWEET!!!

Sony Vaio FTW. Talk about everything, spec is HERE (http://vaio.sony.co.uk/view/ShowProduct.action?product=VGN-AR41S&site=voe_en_GB_cons&pageType=Overview&category=VN+AR+Series)

I've got some photo's I managed to snap with my mobile and bluetooth them to the laptop ;)

Highlights include...

- Awesome 1080p 17" widescreen black LCD, double lamped display.
- T7500 processor with 2GB RAM, 320 HD and 8600 GeForce graphics card.
- Bluray
- Bluetooth
- In built 2MP Webcam
- Remote control
- Did I mention it's fast as f**k :p

Damn! That's a nice laptop. I think it's time to get me a new one, it's slowly turning into a piece of crap. Also knocking a full pepsi onto the buttons during a intense Gears match didn't help either...

And I want benchmarks fool! :mad: Oh and the big thing I'm wondering about that I forgot to ask you earlier is battery life. Let us know about that one. It hasn't come without its fair share of problems. I was the unlucky user to suffer THE Intel glitch of their 3945ABG card. Not funny in the slightest :p

In native 1900 x 1200 resolution its a bit choppy, but drop it down to 1024 x 768 and it looks the same and plays like a dream.

I would have gotten a laptop to play Halo 2, but then I was faced with all the Bad things of Vista, and all the good things of Macs, and I was more happy with the Mac.

Nice! I just got a laptop a few days ago, not as godly as this! Mine has Vista Home Premium and the bare bones for laptop operation (sort of).. I mean, I can run The Sims 2, so I guess I'm fine.

$700, too. Pretty good deal I guess.
