Ok, I searched for this game today and for some reason it wasn't in the Game Marketplace, so I checked online just in case and I still can't find it available.

So is it safe to assume that no one can buy this game anymore?

It's delisted, I can't find it anywhere. Two achievements left to get in it (played it at a mates), so pretty annoyed tbh.
