Was this pulled from Xbox Live?

I cannot find anything about this on my Xbox or from xbox.com. Was it removed and if so why?

I was interested in playing it when it was first released, but hesitated on buying. I was going to wait for a sale. Recently, I got the urge to play it and decided I would go ahead and buy it, but I don't see it anymore.

Thanks. That sucks. Even though I have heard the game was bad, I still wanted to try it out sometime.

I was hoping the game was just temporarily unavailable and would later be put back. However, it is almost certain it is gone forever.
