whats the black and white mode?

playing with a friend and all of the sudden my screen turns black and white my cross hair goes from a circle to a diamond and i have a pulse of light comming out of me this happened twice and then on the third time i was around dead bodies and they were glowing like it was a thermal optics mode

Anyone else have this happen and what is it?

it's the analyse mode, but that should only be available with voise commands.

Interesting, I wonder if the voice commands still work through a headset?

You say you don't have Kinect connected? Maybe once it's set up on your console you can trick the game by speaking into your mic.

Did you have a headset attached? I'd try but I'm on my way to work, maybe tomorrow.

Very interesting. I've accidentally popped into it before without telling Kinect to Analyze, but it most likely just heard me saying something else in the background.
