You can buy it off the marketplace, I think it is 800 MS points.

I don't see a Online Pass anywhere. All I see is the Season Pass, which doesn't say anything about being able to play co-op, instead it lists all the DLC you can get.

When you start up the game and it asks about the online pass code, I thought it had a purchase option.

for some reason it was taken off the marketplace yesterday. checked back last night & it was up again for 800msp.
