Golden Claw Quest glitched maybe ? ( MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS )

Now how long is this quest because i got the 1st golden claw killed the guy and everything but the quest is still there when i look on my map its not there is at a ongoing quest or has it glitched on me ??

just take the claw to the door at the end of the area, use the symbols on the back of it to escape the cave then take the claw back to the guys shop.

where is the guys shop i thinks thats the bit what i have missed out ?

Edit : says online lucan and camilla in riverwood looks like ill have to fast travek back there and find them anyone know where bout in riverwood they are
Edit again : i found them in riverwood they own there own merchants phew completed that quest though was glitched but not thanks for help though :D

nice thanks if i get stuck i usually use wiki quests help but thought the quest wouldnt be up but posted this then checked n every quest is up

Is there something you have to do first to be able to "activate" each ring to make the symbols match? It says hit 'A' but nothing happens when I do.
