View Full Version : when do u get 'walking'?
u know the hidden/secret move thingie. it's where it makes ur walking more quite.
i'm at lvl 5 and it's still not availible to buy/upgrade. my index finger would like to know VERY much, as he craps up while i crouch all over the place trying not to be heard.
and and as a sub-question: are there really 50 levels in the game?? so that means to get all achiev's (beat all lvls on every difficulty) we have to beat 150 lvls??

Not sure about the walking thing. But yes there are 50 levels so if you want the achievements you have to complete all 150 levels.

I completed my first run through on Normal difficulty (50 levels) and am now going through it again on Easy. On my 2nd run through, after I completed the second level, 'Feet' unlocked in the skills menu, which is the one that lets you run a whole lot quieter! I'm not sure how these skills/items/clothing unlock but I'm guessing its based on how many points you accumulate over the course of completing the levels, if that's the case I suppose if you want any of them earlier then the only option is to replay some of the earlier levels over and over!? The feet and cloak abilities (that make you move quieter and harder to see) unlocked for me when I got the 1,000 stealth kills achievement.
It seems like a lot of the skills/items/clothing are tied to achievements (I know you get secret clothing when you finish all 50 missions and kill all 50 tomikichi).

SWEET! well sorta, see i ONLY do stealth kills, so this is good news! already had 50 after 2 lvls, now i go back and replay lvls on different diff's to boost this a lil. thx man, hopefully this is confirmed.

I know I've gotten clothing though without getting achievements.

I think I had clothing without getting the achievements.... I'm looking forward to being quieter though, holding the RB button all the time is getting on my nerves ! Grr.
I am enjoying this game though ! I'll carry on on easy and then go back through on Hard so that I know where to go and what to do/how to do it !
