How do I find them? I searched here and google didnt find a map or faq please help.

I believe there is only 10. You unlock new ones to buy as you progress through campaign. Just look around for any new ones when you unlock a new area of the city

Yeah, unlocked through story progression. Once you have the whole map unlocked the one's you haven't purchased yet remain grey. Easy enough to spot them when you have the maximum zoom out for shift mode.

Its easier now thati have that unlocked and know what to look for. How many are there?
