Is it just me or are these achievements really difficult to get?

No they cant be achieved online.

If you cant achieve them thats too bad, you are not good enough.

readin' a previous post it looks like they still have to be done in single player ? although NHL 2k6 and NBA 2k6 were able to achieve them in 2 player mode ... ???
