is there co-op?? if so, do all players still get the achievements?

Only co-op I know of is local and when I played it with my bro, I did get an achievement.

i was playing with a friend and i was the lead profile. he got every achievement but the one for the coins and the one for the bots...upon collecting the final one for each i was the only one to get the achievement. i'm not sure if there is something that can be done to get him the achievement easily or if he will have to creat a new game as his profile being the lead. i didn't check the date on your question but if you're still wondering, there ya go...and if anyone has an answer for me, i would appreciate it.
