If you rent this does it stop you from getting all the cheevos, do i need the pass or buy the game to get 100%, i heard it stops you from going in the sewers, so basically if you rent you cant do all the Single player

no, its just some DLC that you will have to pay 800 msp

You should be fine with renting this game, just like what he said above if you want to play the dlc you'll have to buy it. Don't have to it's totally up to you.
