I have found one of these and I can sell it for around 150.00. Does anyone know if I need to hold onto these for an achievement or are they just there to find and sell? I dont wanna sell it if its gonna screw me over later somehow. Thanks.

You can sell them, according to this site there's no achievement for anything like that however i'm keeping mine in my inventory.

I am keeping myn. I don't have it in me to sell a vault tech collectible for only 150.

Can you buy items back if you sold them? I haven't tried but I really do hope so.
